Tasting food and wine in the shade of age-old olive trees

Our dishes and wines are the fruit of ancient rural knowledge handed down since time immemorial. The perfect place to taste them is in the middle of the countryside, perhaps in the shade of age-old olive trees, making you feel that you are a part of nature. Everything here is made easy by the location of Sanguineto, which is surrounded by vineyards and vast, lush, protective olive groves, cultivated individually with love and passion. A short walk to the olive grove, crossing the countryside and small woods, skirting those vineyards that give life to our wines – Nobile di Montepulciano and Rosso di Montepulciano – will be an experience within an experience, culminating in the tasting of a four-course menu. All accompanied by the very wines that are the pride and joy of Montepulciano and our Agriturismo. In the olive grove, where you will find the table already set, you will be guided in an exercise of your senses in order to better perceive the flavours and characteristics of the food/wine pairing.
