The original structure of Agriturismo Sanguineto is an old farmhouse, records of which date back to 1840, but which is almost certainly much older. A few years ago, Sanguineto was returned to renewed splendour with the utmost respect for the rural architecture of the Val di Chiana Senese, making it the ideal place to uphold the tradition for hospitality that has made this part of Tuscany famous all over the world.

Though perhaps the most precious jewel is the surrounding landscape in its entirety, with the Val d’Orcia, listed by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, the Val di Chiana and an extraordinary heritage of small villages, lakes and hills. Wherever you look there is something to admire, to taste, to discover, to get excited about and of which to take home an infinite number of wonderful memories and reasons to return.
