Finnish Sauna
The average temperature of 90°C has a beneficial effect on the body, as it purifies the organism, strengthens the immune system and also improves physical performance.

Turkish Bath and Emotional Shower
The Turkish bath generates healthy perspiration. The immediately evident benefits include moisturisation of the skin and detoxification of the respiratory system. There are four wellness programmes (excite, relax, tonic and purify), each featuring a 20-minute themed steam bath with music, colour and aroma, followed by a warm emotional shower with amber light and a tropical essence.

Jacuzzi
Immediate regeneration and recovery from fatigue is achieved thanks to massaging water jets; combined with chromotherapy and regenerating colours, your relaxation will be complete.

Herbal tea corner
This area completes the wellness programme, allowing you to replenish the liquids lost during treatments with the finest natural herbal teas.

From May to October, a corner of the outdoor swimming pool at Agriturismo Sanguineto is dedicated to whirlpool baths
